LOCKSMITH SERVICES COMPANY – CUT STEEL provides services in the field of machining processes i.e. CNC machining, plastic processing, welding, powder painting, coordinate measuring machine (CMM) measurements and 3D scanning.

  • THE SCOPE OF WORKS

we perform in our modern laboratory and quality control, the measurements using:

  • numerically controled coordinate measuring machine (CMM)
  • numerically controlled measuring altimeter on an airbag
  • measuring arm using a probe head (tactile probe), i.e. measurement arms use touch probes all measure single points) and measuring scanner – optical 3D (measuring range 2500 mm)
  • surface roughness measurements using a profilometer on a specialized workstation with a mechanically adjustable stand
  • measurement of tools used for machining
